Mission Statement

To proclaim ‘The good news of Jesus Christ, through joyful and active participation, in service of all’.

We are a group of twenty-one parishioners who meet monthly throughout the year, except for the months of July and August. We offer our various gifts and commitment to providing a service to the parish community and to the priests of the parish. We are involved with the planning and execution of the various annual events that take place e.g.; The family Mass, Family of Parishes events, Candle Mass, cemetery Mass, the Advent retreat, carol service and all other events which take place throughout the year.

We may also get involved in fund raising for a particular charity. Our role is also to listen to the needs and concerns of the parishioners and communicate them to the Parish Pastoral Council. The members serve for a limited period of time and we hold our AGM every September.

The council is composed of a facilitator vice facilitator, secretary, assistant secretary and various sub groups. If you need to contact the parish council regarding a parish issue please:
